2. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment or purchase order acceptance (where applicable).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.(GST Extra)
• Freight, installation, commissioning, and other applicable charges may be extra unless specifically included in the quotation.

4. Warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty wherever applicable.
• Warranty terms vary depending on the brand and product.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Installation & Commissioning

• Installation and commissioning services, where offered, are subject to separate charges unless included in the quotation.
• Customers must ensure proper electrical and site readiness before installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shri Samarth Engineers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption, loss of profit, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
