Refund & Cancellation

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Customized, imported, or special-order products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Incorrect product supplied.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Manufacturing defect covered under applicable warranty.

Customers must notify Shri Samarth Engineers within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges, installation charges, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
